School council runs hot lunches every week. All hot lunches can be ordered online at School Cash Online
If you go to "my account" and "manage email notifications" then check the box, you will get an email when new hot lunches are added.
If you haven't signed up for school cash online yet, you will need to call the office to get your child's ID number. You can pay with debit or credit card.
HOT LUNCH REMINDERS - Just a couple things to be aware of:
1) Please order under your student’s name, NOT the Medicine Hat School District tab. The district tab should only be being used by staff members of our school. If you order your kids hot lunch under this tab it is not being added to the classroom and we have to go back and look up which class they are in to make sure they are getting their pick up slip.
2) Please do not order “extra” for your first food option. This makes it look like your child is getting 2 helpings of the item and is more time consuming for the servers to go through and check what was paid for and cross of the “extra slices” on your order.
3) Please make sure to hit the submit order when you are done choosing options. Lots of people think they are done and haven’t actually submitted or paid for the order. Which means it hasn’t been added to our numbers and therefore means no food has been ordered or will be available for your child through the hot lunch program that day. There are always sandwiches or veggies available from the MH Food Bank brown bag lunch program to feed kids who don’t have a lunch, and this is what your child will then be offered.
4) In relation to point 3, you can at any time go into your school cash and check if you have ordered and paid for hot lunch for a certain day. The tab is up top, on the right hand side and is labelled “Payment History”
